The rapid spread of COVID-19 has exposed critical shortcomings in our economy, social and healthcare systems.
In the midst of this crisis, we are seeking to understand how local families are being affected. Help Rappahannock United Way collect data on COVID-19's impact across all household types and income levels in the Fredericksburg Region. This data will help us plan for potential new programs.
Visit our Free Tax Preparation page to learn how Rappahannock United Way has changed our Tax Program to ensure the safety of our tax clients, volunteers and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you made $80,000 or less in 2020 you can file your taxes for free through the Rappahannock United Way Free Tax Program! Although RUW’s Free Tax Preparation Program can assist with most returns, we must follow IRS guidelines and cannot prepare certain types of returns. Learn more on our Free Tax Preparation page.
