Help Rappahannock United Way provide early learning resources to local children in need, to ensure they are ready for kindergarten and beyond. You can host a Collection Drive event with your friends, family, work colleagues, or other group. Or you can go shopping online and ship direct to United Way through our WISH LIST

Welcome Home Kits
Partner with Rappahannock United Way to create 'welcome home kits' that will provide basic household supplies to local individuals and families transitioning in to permanent housing. You can host a Collection Drive event with your friends, family, work colleagues, or other group. Or you can go shopping online and ship direct to United Way through our WISH LIST.

Little Free Library
Rappahannock United Way is proud to partner with the Little Free Library initiative, inspiring readers and expanding book access for all. You can volunteer your time to help keep our local network of Little Free Libraries stocked with donated children's books. If you would like to be a host site for your very own Little Free Library, you can (for a $ fee) - we will set you up with everything you need - including the books!

Sort-A-Thons
Three times a year (March, June and October) sort-a-thons will be hosted at Rappahannock United Way.

Volunteer Readers
Reading books aloud to children stimulates their imagination and expands their understanding of the world. It helps them develop language and listening skills and prepares them for success in school, work and life. Join with Rappahannock United Way to help spread the joy of reading to local children.
