This special luncheon is in memory of Cathy Davis, an extraordinary leader in our community whose tireless efforts and support of many local nonprofit organizations has benefited women for generations. For over 20 years, Cathy dedicated her time and energy to improving lives and illuminating the path for others to follow. Her legacy continues.
During the event, we will recognize Rhonda Cary Fried as the recipient of the 2023 Woman of Influence Award. Mrs. Rhonda Cary Fried is a motivated volunteer and philanthropist for the larger community of Fredericksburg, Virginia. In addition to her community involvement, Rhonda, much like Cathy, is a generous giver, mentor, influencer, and supporter of local nonprofit organizations like Rappahannock United Way and Women United.
