Rappahannock United Way periodically partners with community stakeholders to assess the health and human service needs of our community. These Needs Assessments help Rappahannock United Way and other organizations - both public and private - inform their policy and program design decisions.
More specifically, the Community Needs Assessment pinpoints needs and allows grantors to appropriately invest donor resources. It also justifies organizations’ needs for funding in grant proposals and allows the community to prioritize needs and strategize solutions.
