 Please join us March 28, 2010 at Celebrate Virginia Parkway to declare your commitment to bettering our community. We invite you to take part in the 5k walk/run or the 10k run, as a portion of the proceeds benefits Rappahannock United Way. Registration opens at 6:30AM and the race begins at 8:00AM. Runners must be at least 14 years old, with a parent's consent to participate if under age 18.

| Cost for the 10K registration on or before March 20, 2010 is $35 and $40 thereafter. Cost for the 5K registration on or before March 20, 2010, $30 and $35 thereafter. Premiums fee includes a T-shirt and Brunch to follow (for Runners only, Non-runner prices listed below). |
10K Awards: Top male and female under 40 years and over 40 years will receive $100 gift cards towards Personal Training, Massage or Teeth Whitening at Powerhouse Gym and a Round of Golf for 4 at Cannon Ridge Golf Club. |
Brunch - Non Runners- $20 per adult / Children under 12- $10 (includes Easter Egg Hunt for 12 yrs & under) Located at Cannon Ridge Golf Club, rsvp is appreciated prior to race. |

| Packet Pickup & Late Registration: Race numbers and T-shirts may be picked up at Powerhouse Gym on Saturday March 27th (8am-8pm). Packets can be picked up on race day. |
Race Day Registration: Held from 6:30 to 7:30am at Cannon Ridge Golf Club.
Please arrive early to allow yourself enough time to complete the registration process. |
