The most important resource our community has is people - all of us who volunteer, work, invest and care about making a long-term change in our community.

Without volunteers, Rappahannock United Way, and many local agencies, simply could not exist. Rappahannock United Way works with all area nonprofits to promote the value of volunteerism - because it takes a whole community to get the kind of results we need.

By volunteering you have the chance to learn new skills, make friends, and, most importantly, to share your experience and your willingness to help with those who need it the most.

Volunteering is open to any individual or group who is willing to roll up their sleeves to help make our community a better place for everyone to live.
