Community Connections Directory
The Community Connections Directory is a comprehensive listing of human service agencies, governmental agencies, civic clubs, and some private organizations that provide various services to the residents of Planning District 16 and Westmoreland County.
The Community Connections Directory was most recently updated in September 2004 and copies are available (free of charge) to all service providers to assist in referring individuals to the services that are most appropriate to their needs.
There is also a condensed version of the directory called the Quick Guide which is suitable for handing out to the individuals your agency serves.
This publication is presented as a community service through a generous grant from the Mary Washington Hospital Community Service Fund and through the collaborative efforts of the following agencies:
