The Fredericksburg Area Volunteer Administrator’s Roundtable (FAVAR) was primarily established to provide an additional arena for local non-profit administrators to network.

As the field of volunteer administration continues to grow, we must be responsive to the increased need for professional development, networking among members, and the promotion of volunteerism in the Greater Fredericksburg Area.

Area volunteer administrators gather bi-monthly to meet one another, receive a presentation on a related topic or discuss volunteer issues.

Through the FAVAR we are also able to provide continuing education and training opportunities in the areas of volunteer recruitment, management and retention.
