Smart Beginnings is a community partnership created to help parents and child care providers prepare children ages 0-6 for school so that they are ready to learn and achieve success in the years that follow. It is organized and led by Rappahannock United Way and brings community representatives to the table to talk about improving the lives of children. |

2-1-1 Virginia is available to everyone needing help, especially in times of crisis. It offers free access to health and human services information and referral Although it does not provide direct financial assistance, information and referral specialists can make referrals to agencies and services that may be able to help.
