RUW Employment Opportunities

Tax Program Assistant

Rappahannock United Way is seeking a Tax Site Assistant. This part-time seasonal position runs from September through May.  Tax experience is preferred, but not necessary.  Training and IRS certification are provided.
The Tax Site Assistant’s main duties are:

  • Provide oversight and management of tax sites in accordance with all IRS requirements.
  • Coordinate volunteer schedules, ensure returns are e-filed completely, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with partners, volunteers, and team members.

Corporate Relationship Manager (Campaign Manager)

Rappahannock United Way seeks an outgoing, experienced fundraiser to manage the Annual Workplace Giving Campaign.  Seeking a results driven individual with a relentless focus on increasing revenue. Nonprofit fundraising, sales, account management, or business development experience preferred.  Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills required. Director of Resource Development

Rappahannock United Way seeks an outgoing, experienced fundraiser to lead/manage the Resource Development team.  Looking for someone who is results driven with a relentless focus on increasing revenue. Primary focus on individual and major gift donor relations.
