Executive Assistant:

Rappahannock United Way seeks a full-time team member to provide full administrative support to the President and the Board of Directors; coordinate a full event and meeting calendar, take minutes for all Committee Meetings; coordinate the day to day office operations and oversee reception. Major Gifts Manager:

Rappahannock United Way seeks a full-time team member
to increase the leadership donor and major gifts base from
existing and prospective donors and to create new opportu-
nities for increased revenue.

Qualities, Experience and Skills Needed

  • A proven track record for presenting a case and securing a gift;
  • Demonstrated skills of creativity, resourcefulness and strategic thinking;
  • Demonstrated strengths in efficiency, timeliness,
    multi-tasking, and attention-to-detail;
  • Strong research ability, excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills and comfortable in a variety of social situations;
  • Supervisory experience also required.

Community Impact Coordinator:

Rappahannock United Way seeks a full-time team member to:

  • Develop Community Impact programs and initiatives into products;
  • Coordinate and deliver a full calendar of brand messaging in hard and electronic formats;
  • Maintain a proactive relationship with external marketing design contractors, media, donors, volunteers, and leaders in the community to create brand awareness.
