We are proud to announce that Rappahannock United Way (RUW) has recently received a four-star rating from Charity Navigator, America’s largest and most utilized evaluator of charities! 

Charity Navigator measures a charity’s ability to effectively manage and grow its finances.  RUW uses 83.3% of its funds toward programming, with the remaining funds split between administrative and fundraising costs.  Four stars from Charity Navigator means that RUW “exceeds industry standards and outperforms most charities in its cause.”  In fact, only ¼ of all charities rated by Charity Navigator reach the four-star echelon.
